Success Box Book Club Terms And Conditions
By joining the Success Box Book Club, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of use outlined below. Success Box Book Club is owned and operated by Alice Dartnell Limited.
Throughout this document, the term ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Alice Dartnell Limited.
Payment
You may make payment by standing order through a UK bank. Alternatively, you may set up a subscription and pay via Pay Pal. Your initial payment method will be set up when you subscribe to the Success Box Book Club.
You agree to take responsibility to manage your standing order and other information, including your email address and bank details.
Membership for Success Box will be done in blocks of 6-months which is renewable twice a year. Annual membership is divided into two 6-month periods. They are Winter/Spring (January – June) and Summer/Autumn (July – December).
Partnership with Book Aid International
A donation of £2 a month of your subscription is made the charity Book Aid International. Every year Book Aid International gives millions of people the opportunity to read by providing brand new books to thousands of libraries, schools, universities, refugee camps, hospitals and prisons worldwide.
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, of all worksheets & other printed material supplied in the subscription boxes are owned by or licensed to Alice Dartnell Limited. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any worksheet or other printed material produced by Success Box Book Club, without express written permission by us.
GDPR
The Book Club is operated by Alice Dartnell Limited and joining the book club requires a valid e-mail address so that we contact you as needed.
By signing up to Success Box Book Club you are agreeing to receive information about the Book Club and will also receive some information about Alice Dartnell Limited, as operated by the Alice Dartnell Limited emailing list.

Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by giving Alice Dartnell Limited notice via written confirmation that you wish to cancel and the date you wish to cancel your subscription. Please note that membership is for a minimum of 6-months and is renewable twice a year
Law, Jurisdiction and Language
This website, any content contained therein, and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
