Hi! We’re Alice & Amani, and we are passionate about health, mindset, time management & productivity.
Alice is a life coach who specializes in helping her clients create a life by design by improving their time management and mindset. For the past few years she has delivered corporate workshops, 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching programmes and launched a successful book club focused on helping its members create the life and success they want. Her specialty is in identifying the mindsets and habits that prevent her clients from achieving their goals and giving them the clarity and tools they need to overcome them.
Amani is a certified/registered Gut Health Nutritional Therapist who helps clients address the root cause of their health issues so they can have more body confidence and live their best, pain-free lives. She specializes in gut-brain connection, weight management, energy and personal health issues, and her work has been featured in podcasts, workshops and articles. Over the past 3 years, her programmes have helped +100 clients and employees at companies like LinkedIn improve their body confidence, focus and productivity.

Many doctors prescribe medication to fix the symptoms of a problem, but they don’t get to the root. For 15 years, Amani battled different gut-related conditions (asthma, candida overgrowth, skin issues) because of a poor diet and lifestyle. She was tired all the time and extremely frustrated because I had no idea why my body had ‘’given up’’ on me. But through improving her nutrition and lifestyle, she was able to completely reverse her condition!

I saw several doctors but none could help me, so I read a lot of books and listened to podcasts, but the information was too much to deal and none of my symptoms went away.
