I’m Alice, founder of the ‘Own Your Day’ programme. As a life & success coach, I’ve spent the last few years working with clients from all over the world and from walks of life, from overwhelmed mums to stressed out entrepreneurs to people confused about what they want and how to get it!
While the situations of all my clients may have been different, what they have in common is a shared need for a coach to teach them frameworks for maximising their mindset and mastering their time management, so they can take control of their time in order to achieve their goals and own their days.

I know from firsthand experience personally, as well as my experience as a coach, that you can transform yourself and your life – you just need the right frameworks, perspectives & coach to help you. It is led by me, your life and success coach. I am going to teach you so much more than theory but what works in real life. Having overcome depression, an eating disorder & my own personal mindset battles to create a successful, healthy and happy life, I am willing to share my tried and tested techniques from my own experience. This course will be delivered live via Zoom to the comfort of your home (or wherever you are). All sessions are recorded so you can access them indefinitely, which also means you don’t have to worry if you can’t make the sessions live all the time.
Also, in addition to the course content coming to you live every week, you will have additional support and resources. This includes a Whatsapp support group throughout the 12 weeks, for daily support which means you will have direct access to me in between the weekly sessions too.
We’ll be starting at the end of March 2021. The exact dates of each week’s live course will be announced at the start of the month so you have plenty of time to block the sessions out.
Also, in addition to the course content coming to you live every week, you will have additional support and resources. This includes a Whatsapp support group throughout the course for daily support which means you will have direct access to me in between the weekly sessions too.
Each week your course content will be delivered live, which will be recorded so you can access via replay. Each module will blend theory with practicality – after all, there is no point learning just theory, you have to make it work for you!
I know from delivering the last course that the group coaching support was pivotal in cementing the learning so there will be plenty of hands on coaching and direct support from me, during the live session as well as via the Whatsapp chat.
Sessions are 60 minutes with a Q&A session to follow. All calls are 90 minutes MAX.
