Top tips for using your daily planner:

1. Set an intention for the day to help you keep focused. E.g. if you know you have a hectic, perhaps difficult day in the office, maybe your intention will be to take a break at lunch to recharge and to keep calm throughout the day
2. Have (up to) three “no matter what” goals each day. These are three things you want to achieve for that day before you go to bed… and make sure you do! That will help you keep to your goals’ actions
3. One error we make with out to do lists is thinking we can fit more in that we really can each day. Use the daily planner to also include necessities that might not feature on your usual to do list, like commuting, putting the kids to bed, making dinner.
