I currently offer two courses to help you achieve more and reach your potential.
This is a structured yet bespoke course to build a more confident you. This consists of one hour per week sessions, plus 1-2 hours of “exercises” for you to complete in-between sessions to put what you learn in to practice.
The 6th session is a “Recap, Review and Reinforce” session, bringing together all that you have learnt so that you can keep progressing with your confidence building after the course – after all, you’re going to want to keep building on this without me being physically present week to week right?
This is the ideal course for anyone who is wanting to improve their confidence overall.
The first eight sessions are core which is then followed by three modules chosen by you or via your pre-assessment which identifies areas you may need more support. This consists of one hour per week sessions, and 1-2 hours of “exercises” for you to complete in between sessions to put what you learn in to practice.
The 12th session is a “Recap, Review and Reinforce” session, bringing together all that you have learnt in order that you can keep progressing with your time management skills after the course. Week 7 also includes a mini review to ensure you are on track and getting the most from this course.
This is a course for anyone who is wanting to do more and achieve more, be more productive and efficient, or for anyone who is struggling to fit everything in their day.
These courses are bespoke and individual for you, so the courses are run to your time table. You choose the start date and the time of your weekly session.
