This Contract is for the Energy Management Programme delivered by Alice Dartnell Limited

The total fee for one place on the course for £1,197 (4 payments of £299.25).

All payments should be completed before the programme is concluded

The programme follows a set framework and curriculum and is not tailored to personal needs on an individual basis. However, the coach will give as much personal support as possible, and as reasonable, to each student on the course throughout to ensure you get the most from the course to support your needs

The programme includes a weekly online session delivered by Zoom for 8 weeks, followed by two bonus ‘follow up group coaching calls’ after the programme to offer further support if needed

Support is available for students as and when is needed within reason outside the set sessions. This is provided via WhatsApp either via the WhatsApp support group or privately. It is recommended and encouraged that the group WhatsApp is used in order that the coach can serve multiple students on one platform as well as being used for group coaching and creating a community of support amongst the students, however, if the matter is too personal to share, then private WhatsApp support is available.

You should come to each session prepared to work, think outside of the box, and to focus on actions/agreed outcome of that session.

Please make sure you are on time for the group sessions so that we can respect one another time and the content that has been curated for that session. Being late disrupts the flow of the sessions.

For our work together to be effective, you have to be honest with me. If I ever say or do anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with, or if you have any concerns regarding the way we are working, please let me know as soon as possible.

Anything discussed within a coaching session or in correspondence during the coaching programme will be regarded as confidential, whether business or personal, subject to legal requirements.
